سياسة الاسترداد والضمان / Refund & Guarantee Policy

ضمان استرداد المبلغ:
الضمان متاح على كورس الخمس عبوات فقط، ومدة الكورس 6 شهور. لو ماظهرش أي نتيجة بعد ما تكمّل الكورس، بنرجعلك المبلغ اللي دفعته كامل، بالشروط دي:
- توافق على المتابعة معانا من أول الكورس.
- تلتزم بالمتابعة معانا مرة كل شهر طول الـ 6 شهور.
- توافق إنك تبعتلنا 4 صور للشعر في كل متابعة.
- تستخدم المنتج بالطريقة اللي فريقنا بيوضحهالك طول الفترة.
لو أي شرط من دول ماتحققش، الضمان مش بيكون ساري.

المرتجعات والمنتج التالف:
مش بنقبل إرجاع المنتج بعد الاستلام، لأنه منتج عناية شخصية.
لو المنتج وصلك تالف أو غلط، كلمنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام وهنبدّله بواحد جديد.
الدفع عند الاستلام، فلو لقيت الأوردر تالف وقت الاستلام تقدر ترفضه ويتلغي من غير أي تكلفة.

بعد مراجعة متابعاتك، لو الطلب مقبول بنحوّلك المبلغ على إنستاباي أو محفظة إلكترونية.

النتائج بتختلف من شخص لآخر.

Money-back guarantee: available on the 5-pack course only (a 6-month course). If you see no result after completing the course, we refund the full amount you paid, provided that you: agree to follow up with us from the start of the course; commit to a monthly follow-up for the full 6 months; agree to send us 4 photos of your hair at each follow-up; and use the product as our team directs. The guarantee does not apply if any of these conditions is not met.

Returns and damaged items: we do not accept returns after delivery, as this is a personal care product. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it with a new one. Orders are cash on delivery, so if the order is damaged at delivery you can refuse it and it will be cancelled at no cost.
